External link blocking with whitelist
The bot automatically removes messages containing links. Trusted domains are added to the whitelist (linkWhitelist) and always allowed through. The action on violation is configurable in the panel: delete, warn, mute or ban.
Block Telegram links and invite links
A separate setting blocks t.me, telegram.me and invite links to other chats and channels. Protects against audience poaching and advertising of third-party groups directly inside your chat.
Block URL shorteners
bit.ly, t.co, tinyurl.com and other shorteners hide the real destination — a common scam vector. Telemod identifies them from a list of known shortening services and blocks them before anyone clicks.
Phishing protection: homoglyph & IDN domains
Fraudsters disguise addresses as legitimate sites by replacing letters with lookalike characters or embedding Cyrillic letters in "Latin" words. Telemod detects non-ASCII characters and punycode (xn--) and blocks these counterfeits.
