Link groups into a federation
/newfed <name> creates a federation (in private chat with the bot). /joinfed <id> connects a group, /leavefed disconnects it. View chat and ban stats with /myfeds.
Shared ban list
Federation bans are stored centrally: any new chat that joins the federation immediately inherits protection from all previously banned users.
